Shipping Policy

Our goal is to run our business as sustainably as possible without compromising on quality. For this reason, we partner with select printing and print-on-demand companies who are also committed to sustainability and quality.

Print on demand, particularly, reduces waste and carbon emissions by producing only what is ordered and then shipping directly to the customer. There are no additional shipping costs, warehousing of inventory, or overproduction.

For some of our books and journals, we work with an independent printer based in the UK. Their quality was the best compared to other print-on-demand companies based in North America. Even though they're based in the UK, they also have print facilities in the US, Canada, and Australia. If you order from these countries, your order will ship from there. Orders from the UK and elsewhere will ship from the UK. They are committed to sustainability and plant a tree for every order to offset carbon emissions.

For our merch (t-shirts, etc.), we work with various print-on-demand companies depending on where you are based and what you ordered. Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order.

If we have any items in stock at our office, we may ship directly from the US. This especially applies for books and stickers that have been printed in bulk.

You'll be able to track shipments with the link in your order. If you order a combination of books and merch, you will receive multiple email messages with different tracking info from the various print-on-demand partners. So please be sure to keep an eye on your email for those confirmation messages.
